Scope
These terms govern your use of HAWNA’s public website (the “Website”), operated by Hawna fi alwusul Establishment, a Saudi sole establishment registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the owner of the HAWNA brand. Your use of the Website is subject to these Terms, which are read together with the Privacy Policy published on the Website. Please read them before using the Website.
Scope and nature of the Website
The Website is an informational site that presents HAWNA, its vision, mission and values, and offers a way to contact us. As it stands, it includes no account creation, no orders, no subscriptions, no payments and no electronic contracting. Browsing the Website, or contacting us through it, does not conclude any contract for a transport service, does not register you for any service, and does not commit HAWNA to provide one. Any service HAWNA provides is governed by a separate agreement concluded expressly and setting out its terms and conditions.

Using the Website grants you no right in its content or marks. You may view its pages and quote short excerpts for non-commercial reference with attribution to HAWNA. HAWNA’s name or logo may not be used in any product, service or promotional material without prior written permission.

These terms were drafted in Arabic, and an English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the two texts, the Arabic text prevails.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Website or relating to these terms.
